The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the bustling city center and yet still providing a quiet atmosphere. the spacious family suite offered great value for money.
The Neg fact: the hotel lacked basic facilities such as a kettle and trash bin in the rooms.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel had a great location and was close to many restaurants and shops. , the staff was friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile. One of the best aspects was the stunning view from the terrace.
The lack of amenities made my stay uncomfortable. There was no kettle or tea-making facilities offered, and no bin was provided until I requested one.

We had an amazing stay with excellent location, helpful staff, and spacious rooms. The hotel was clean, had great facilities, and was centrally located, making it easy to explore this beautiful city.
Almost perfect. A few minor issues with the air conditioning and room service, but overall a great stay.

The location of the hotel was very convenient and close to all major attractions in the city. It was easy to access public transportation and find good restaurants nearby. the view was amazing and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery from our room.
The facilities in the room were not up to our expectation. There was no kettle and we had to ask for tea bags and milk.
